Designed to ensure quality and speed, our process includes: front end research, thorough quantitative candidate assessment, and continuous candidate follow-up and turn off.

Process Search Process Summary

Typical Timetable

Step 1
Phone screen with Client to clarify the position, the current or developing management team, culture of the company, people skills, the personal characteristics needed to be successful in the client’s environment and other relevant and critical information.
A Recruiter and Researcher are assigned to conduct the interview to ensure accuracy.
Day 1
Step 2
Create a Position Specification and Critical Skills Assessment (CSA©), an analytical tool used to numerically assess candidates. Both are key components of our process and demonstrate our knowledge and grasp of the position and client requirements.
< 1 Week
Step 3
Initiate sourcing, phone screening and qualifying resulting in detailed Interview Summary Reports for the top candidates which outline the candidates’ technical strengths, personal attributes, and (if applicable) managerial styles. These documents are submitted to the client along with the CSA (for quantitative comparison) and Candidates’ Resumes.
3-4 Weeks

Step 4

iMPACT Placement conducts pre-interview references (degree, social security employment verification, credit and criminal check). Upon Acceptance of Candidate(s) Profiles, Client interviews candidates.
4-6 Weeks
Step 5
Once a finalist is selected, iMPACT Placement conducts in-depth professional references and can assist in “offer brokering” and recruitment of the candidate. iMPACT Placement also “turns off” all other candidates that were not selected.
6-8 Weeks
Step 6
iMPACT Placement sends a client survey , immediately after search is completed, to help us "improve that which can be measured" and conducts a a follow up with the client and candidate after 60 days.
